All registrations for our events are final, binding, and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a delegate completes the registration process and the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, no monetary refund, partial refund, credit, reimbursement, or compensation of any kind will be provided for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, injury, travel disruptions, academic obligations, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, financial hardship, or any other unforeseen circumstance. The sole exception to this policy is the transfer of registration to another individual, which must be formally requested in writing and approved by the organizers prior to the commencement of the event. Such transfer requests are subject to verification of the new delegate’s eligibility, submission of all required personal, institutional, and identification information, and agreement to comply fully with the event’s code of conduct, rules, regulations, and all participation requirements. The original registrant remains fully responsible for ensuring that the replacement delegate meets these obligations, and any failure of the replacement delegate to comply with any aspect of the event requirements, rules, or code of conduct will not entitle the original registrant or the replacement delegate to any refund, credit, or compensation. The organizers retain the sole discretion to accept or reject any transfer request, and no transfer request will be considered valid if submitted after the event has commenced, or if incomplete or noncompliant with the requirements set forth by the organizers. Delegates acknowledge that all decisions regarding the approval, timing, and conditions of such transfers are final and not subject to appeal.

In circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, storms, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, governmental restrictions, travel bans, border closures, political unrest, civil commotion, strikes, terrorism, war, riots, civil disorder, labor disputes, power failures, transportation failures, or any other event constituting a force majeure, the organizers reserve the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event, in whole or in part, without incurring any liability to delegates for refunds, financial reimbursement, or compensation of any kind. Delegates acknowledge that in such events, the organizers may, at their discretion, offer the opportunity to transfer registration to another eligible individual or to a future edition of the event, but such arrangements are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by the organizers. Delegates further acknowledge that the organizers shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by delegates as a result of force majeure events, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa, or preparation expenses, and that no financial recovery or reimbursement will be provided under any circumstances.

By registering, delegates expressly acknowledge and accept that participation in the event is voluntary and at their own risk. Delegates accept full responsibility for any personal, financial, or logistical consequences that may arise from registration or participation, including, without limitation, any injuries, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delegates further acknowledge that the organizers, their affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of property, loss of income, travel costs, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the event. Delegates also agree that any attempt to circumvent this policy, including but not limited to requesting refunds through third parties, banks, payment processors, or any other channels, will be null and void, and that the organizers retain full authority to enforce this policy in its entirety without exception. Delegates expressly waive any right to claim compensation, reimbursement, or monetary recovery from the organizers for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the event, inability to attend, partial attendance, or changes to the format, schedule, or structure of the event.

All delegates further acknowledge that their participation is contingent upon adherence to the event rules, code of conduct, and all instructions issued by the organizers before and during the event. Any violation, misconduct, or failure to comply with the rules may result in the immediate removal of the delegate from the event, without refund, credit, or compensation. Delegates accept that they will bear full responsibility for their actions and behavior and that the organizers shall not be liable for any claims arising from misconduct, injury, or disputes between delegates, participants, or third parties. Delegates also acknowledge that the organizers may, at their sole discretion, modify or amend any rules, regulations, procedures, or guidelines in response to circumstances arising before or during the event, and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications without objection or claim.

Registration and participation constitute acknowledgment that delegates have been fully informed of all terms, including the strict no-refund policy, the conditions governing the transfer of registration, and the acceptance of force majeure provisions. Delegates accept that all payments made in connection with registration are final and represent full consideration for the right to attend or participate in the event under the terms described herein. Delegates also acknowledge that any costs incurred in relation to travel, accommodation, visa procurement, preparation, materials, or other personal expenses are their sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the organizers under any circumstances, including in cases of event modification, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation for reasons beyond the organizers’ control.

Delegates agree that this policy is intended to protect the operational stability, financial viability, and fairness of the event, and that all decisions made by the organizers regarding registration, participation, transfer, or cancellation are final and binding. Delegates also acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to update, amend, or clarify this policy at any time prior to the event, and that continued registration or participation following any such updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. Delegates explicitly agree that no exceptions, waivers, or modifications will be granted to any individual or group, and that the policy will be applied consistently to all registered participants.

This policy further constitutes a complete waiver of any claim against the organizers arising from any cause related to the event, including but not limited to delays, interruptions, cancellations, modifications, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or personal inconvenience. Delegates accept that in the event of force majeure, the organizers’ only obligation, if any, is to provide the opportunity for registration transfer as determined at the organizers’ sole discretion. Delegates also acknowledge that the organizers may provide guidance or suggestions regarding logistics, travel, accommodation, or preparation, but such guidance does not constitute a guarantee, and the organizers shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or losses resulting from reliance on such information.

All delegates expressly acknowledge that registration represents a full and binding agreement to these terms and that they have voluntarily read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety. Delegates further agree that no oral statements, representations, or communications outside of this written policy shall modify, alter, or invalidate any provision herein. Delegates waive any right to seek refunds, credits, or compensation, and acknowledge that the organizers’ decisions regarding participant transfers, event modifications, cancellations, or force majeure responses are final, binding, and enforceable. This policy is intended to ensure fairness, clarity, and accountability for all participants and the organizers, and delegates accept that it governs all aspects of registration, participation, and potential disruptions related to the event. By completing registration, delegates irrevocably agree to all terms, including the non-refundable nature of payments, the conditions for delegate transfers, the acceptance of force majeure provisions, the limitations of liability, and the finality of all decisions made by the organizers in relation to the event.
