What happens when women are cut off from the digital world and how that exclusion deepens inequality and danger in their lives. Picture a teenage girl in a conservative town who is not allowed to own a phone or access the internet while her brothers freely study and connect online. She misses online classes, job applications, and information that could change her future.

Now imagine a woman falsely accused of blasphemy on social media, where rumors spread faster than truth. Without digital access or legal support, she cannot defend herself and becomes a target of harassment or violence. In some places, strict laws and customs even separate women from public life entirely, limiting education, work, and movement creating what many call gender apartheid.

Through these real-life situations, the committee will examine how digital exclusion fuels discrimination, silences voices, and traps women in unsafe systems, and will seek policies that ensure access, protection, and equal participation for
